About Jeremy

Jeremy Greenberg is an associate at Falconers LLP, having started there as an articling student before becoming an associate in 2020. He studied law at the University of Toronto and holds an undergraduate degree in political science and history from the same school, plus a graduate degree in human rights from the London School of Economics. His practice interests include Indigenous rights, state and corporate accountability, international law, and access to justice, and he teaches international human rights law at the University of Windsor. He previously interned with the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Housing and with the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, assisting with prosecutions tied to the Yugoslav wars and Rwandan genocide. In 2019 his team won the national Jessup International Law Moot, and he individually earned awards for best factum and best oral argument.
