About Nadir
Nadir Sheikh has over a decade of combined experience in family law, real estate law, and child protection matters. His family law practice covers domestic contracts, parenting issues, child and spousal support, equalization of net family property, and divorce litigation, with an emphasis on settlement-focused strategies, while his real estate work includes buying, selling, and refinancing homes and independent legal advice. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice in Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, Dryden, Kenora, Toronto, Brampton, and Newmarket, and is a member of the Thunder Bay Law Association and Legal Aid Ontario's Family Law Panel and Domestic Violence Advice Panel. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 after earning his J.D. from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
