About Jennifer

Jennifer McRae is a partner at TDS whose practice focuses on Canadian immigration law and the corporate and commercial issues facing businesses and entrepreneurs with immigration needs. With over 15 years of business law experience, she assists companies and foreign nationals with work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, study and visitor permits, and compliance reviews, as well as permanent residency applications through Express Entry, family sponsorship, provincial nominee programs, and the Start-Up Visa Program. She also helps clients overcome criminal inadmissibility and assists permanent residents with citizenship applications. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2005, both from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2006. She serves on the boards of the Manitoba Business Leadership Network and Camp Manitou, and is honorary counsel to the Information & Communication Technology Association of Manitoba.
