About Dean
Dean Szikinger completed his Canadian Juris Doctor degree in 2012 and has focused his practice on immigration law ever since, assisting individuals and families with over a decade of Canadian immigration matters. He handles complex cases involving refused applications, inadmissibility and procedural fairness, and regularly represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and in Federal Court. He also assists employers with Labour Market Impact Assessments and work permits under the Temporary Foreign Worker and International Mobility Programs. Dean is Past Chair of the Manitoba Bar Association's Immigration Law Section and Past President of the Community Legal Education Association. He immigrated to Canada from Hungary with his family in the 1990s.
