About Alastair

Alastair Clarke founded Clarke Immigration Law and has practised immigration law in Ontario and Manitoba since 2008, after more than 20 years working with immigrant communities. He handles all areas of immigration and refugee law, including the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, family sponsorships, work and study permits, visitor visas, refugee claims, and business and entrepreneur stream applications, with extensive experience before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association since 2005, a board member of the John Howard Society of Manitoba, a supervising lawyer at the Legal Help Centre, and a guest lecturer at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law. He is a former public school teacher.
