About Sofia

Sofia advises on all aspects of global mobility and immigration law, counselling commercial and individual clients on temporary residence, criminal inadmissibility, and permanent residence including spousal sponsorship and provincial nominee applications. She has a focus on the professional sports and entertainment industry, securing work authorizations for athletes and coaches in the CFL and Canadian Premier League. Sofia is a Past President of the Manitoba Bar Association and an elected executive member of the Canadian Bar Association's National Immigration Law section.
