About Atosa

Atosa is an associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, practising in the firm's Business Law group with a general corporate and commercial practice spanning financial services, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly works with Canadian financial institutions and private lenders on security matters, and assists small and medium-sized businesses with incorporations and share and asset purchases. She earned her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2024 after a science degree at Carleton University, was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2025, and is a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia.
