About Kassia

Kassia was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2022 and has developed a practice focused on family law, litigation and criminal defence. She represents parents in family law proceedings involving parenting time, child support, spousal support and division of family property, and prepares and advances adoption applications. She is currently the only licensed provincial adoption liaison in Prince Edward Island. Curley also represents clients in criminal matters, including sentencing and bail hearings, and has acted on behalf of the Crown Attorney before the Criminal Code Review Board. She serves on the Board of Directors for Community Legal Information.
