About Jenna
Jenna is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office, practicing labour and employment law and human rights, with a focus on conducting workplace investigations. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph, where she was a member of the varsity track and field team and won three U Sports national medals. She attended the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Ottawa Law Review, completed her articles with Cox & Palmer, and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2024. Smith is a member of the Canadian Chapter of the Association of Workplace Investigators and completed a Fact-Finding and Workplace Investigations certification through Queen's University.
