About Jeffrey

Jeff Flinn is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, practising on the litigation team. He earned his law degree at the University of New Brunswick and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2009. His insurance and litigation practice provides advice to major insurers and other commercial and institutional clients on property and casualty claims, coverage issues, and construction disputes, and he also handles secured and unsecured debt recovery and mortgage foreclosure work for lending institutions and credit unions. He chairs the CBA-NS Construction and Infrastructure Law Section.
