About Patrick
Patrick Kerr is a bilingual intellectual property lawyer and licensed Canadian trademark agent based in McInnes Cooper's Moncton office. He represents clients in the startup and technology industries on IP matters and manages a substantial trademark portfolio, including the Canadian and international trademarks of several multi-national companies. Patrick also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Venn Innovation Inc. and chairs the marketing committee of the Board of Directors for Golf NB. He completed his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics and a second major in French at Acadia University in 2012 and his J.D. at the University of New Brunswick in 2015, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2016.
