About Sean

Sean Seviour maintains a litigation-focused practice that also serves individual clients. His work includes representing professional associations in medical malpractice defence and before administrative tribunals, complex multi-party tort litigation involving personal injury, insurance, and professional negligence, and helping creditors obtain and enforce judgments. He also prosecutes offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and the Excise Act, and handles probate, administration, and estate litigation matters. Seviour earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2017 and currently serves as president of the Canadian Bar Association's PEI Branch.
