About Nicole
Nicole Zeit is a senior associate at Torys LLP specializing in trademark law, including clearance, prosecution, opposition and licensing. She has experience managing large national and international trademark portfolios and enforcing trademark rights. Zeit is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent and won the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada's Education Foundation Prize for the top mark on the 2016 Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination. She serves on International Trademark Association committees and has been active with the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada for years. During law school, Zeit earned a concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law and received the Alibe C. Flynn Memorial Scholarship for the top standing in that concentration.
