Jeff Neinstein is a partner and head of the Personal Injury Group at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers. He represents severely injured clients and their families, focusing on the medical and rehabilitation issues that follow their injuries. His practice centers on motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, and professional negligence claims, and he and his team handle catastrophic accident benefits claims regardless of fault. Jeff graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 and Queen's Law School in 1999, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2001.
