About Ari
Ari M. Katz's real estate practice emphasizes advising condominium and subdivision developers across Ontario, covering the structuring, marketing and closing of projects as well as property acquisitions, land development, joint ventures and financing. He has worked on a wide variety of condominium forms, including high-rise towers, mixed-use, midrise, resort, commercial, retail and phased developments, as well as conversions and shopping mall projects. Ari earned a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management, graduated from Queen's Law School in 2006, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
