About Jason

Jason Bryk, K.C. is a Manitoba real estate lawyer whose practice covers all aspects of real estate in the province, including development, condominiums, subdivisions, acquisitions, sales, and financing, and he regularly assists developers, homebuilders, brokerages, borrowers, and lenders from across Canada. Before practising law, he worked for a Winnipeg-based multinational real estate developer, served as a District Registrar for the Manitoba Property Registry, and was a member of a large Beijing law firm. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Kent, Canterbury (2008), an LL.M. from Peking University (2010), and a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg (2006), and received his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2010 before being admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 2012. Bryk serves as a Governor of the Manitoba Museum Board of Governors and chairs the Manitoba Bar Association's Real Property Subsection, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2023.
