About Katie

Katie is an associate at TDS in Winnipeg whose practice centers on immigration law and related corporate and commercial work, advising Canadian companies and foreign nationals on immigration matters. She grew up in Hong Kong and earned her J.D. with honours from New England Law | Boston in 2018. Katie is licensed in Manitoba, New York, and Massachusetts, and advises clients in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin, and English. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Law Section and the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Canada chapter, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2020.
