About Debbie
Debbie Buors is a partner at DD West LLP's Winnipeg office. She was called to the Manitoba bar in 2003 and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba. She has more than two decades of litigation experience and has appeared before Manitoba's Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court, practising in municipal law, civil litigation, child protection, and criminal law. She is a member of the Red River Metis and a founding board member of the Winnipeg Aboriginal Sport Achievement Centre, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Manitoba Bar Association, and the Criminal Defence Lawyers Association of Manitoba.
