About Timothy

Timothy J. Fry has practised civil litigation since commencing his articles in 1999, with a particular emphasis on construction, corporate and commercial, insurance, professional liability, and estates disputes. He routinely appears before all courts in Manitoba as well as at administrative hearings and in courts in other provinces. Before starting Merit Law, he practised at a mid-size full-service firm and at a litigation boutique firm. He has lectured in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Manitoba since 2003 and also teaches at Providence University College and Booth University College.
