Kenneth J. Muys is a partner at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP, which he joined in 2002. His broad civil litigation practice includes significant experience in creditor and debtor law, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction, insurance, and employment law, with appearances before all levels of court in Manitoba and the Federal Court of Canada. He also maintains an active real estate practice, having achieved the highest standing in Real Estate Transactions at the University of Manitoba Law School. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2002 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2003, and has lectured at the University of Manitoba Law School in legal methods and advocacy courses.
