About Jasmeet

Jasmeet Mangat is a managing partner and practice leader at YLaw, practicing family law and estate litigation from the firm's Vancouver and Langley offices. She holds an LLB (Honours) from Queen Mary University in London and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of British Columbia. She has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, BC Supreme Court, and BC Provincial Court on parenting, property division, and relocation matters, and also assists clients with fertility law issues such as surrogacy and reproductive technology, and with wills variation and estate disputes. She additionally works as a legal coach, helping self-represented individuals navigate their own matters. She speaks Punjabi, English, and conversational Hindi.
