About Lakhpreet

Lakhpreet Chahal is an associate at RDM Lawyers, currently on maternity leave, practising in the litigation group with a focus on family law, residential tenancy, estate litigation and small claims matters. She grew up in Abbotsford and earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of the Fraser Valley before completing her law degree at Thompson Rivers University. During her studies she worked as an outreach worker with SARA for Women, supporting vulnerable populations in the Lower Mainland. Chahal articled at RDM and was called to the bar in June 2024. She assists clients in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
