About Sara

Sara Pedlow is an associate lawyer at McLellan Herbert Locke, practising in wills, trusts, estates, and elder law. She holds the TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Before joining the firm, she practised wills, estates, and trusts law at a leading international law firm, with a focus on estate planning and administration and a background in litigation. She serves as Student Liaison of the STEP Vancouver Branch Executive, Deputy Chair of the STEP Canada Student Liaison Committee, and a member of the BC Cancer Foundation's Trusted Advisor Circle, and is a former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills & Trusts (Vancouver) Section. She is a contributing author to several publications, including CLE BC's Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation Manual, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for trusts and estates.
