About Jarrod

Jarrod Sundmark is an associate at TDS practicing civil and commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on construction litigation and dispute resolution. He was a summer student at TDS in 2018 and 2019, returned as an articling student in 2020, and joined the firm as an associate in 2021. His construction practice covers tendering and procurement, contract drafting and review, project management issues, contractual disputes, builders' liens, payment disputes, and delay and deficiency claims, and he regularly presents to the Winnipeg Construction Association on construction law topics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction (2016) and a Juris Doctor (2020), both from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2021.
