About Dean

Dean is a partner in the firm's litigation practice, working primarily in complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation, including professional errors and omissions, commercial liability claims, subrogation and coverage analysis, for national and international insurance companies and professional associations. He also practises intellectual property law with experience in trademark, patent and copyright disputes, and has appeared before every level of court in Manitoba, the Federal Court and various tribunals. Dean has instructed in the Manitoba bar admissions course and at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law.
