About Devon

Devon is a partner at Myers LLP practising in Aboriginal law, employment law, administrative law, and civil litigation. As legal counsel to First Nations, she has advised on consultation, governance, complex litigation, privacy, and Treaty matters, and has represented clients before the Federal Court, the Court of King's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, and various human rights and labour tribunals. Devon also advises First Nations and Tribal Councils on workplace health and safety, investigations, and disciplinary matters, and provides customized training for employees and supervisors. She joined Myers LLP in 2013 as an articling student and was called to the bar in 2014.
