About James
James Zaitsoff is a Principal and head of Legacy's Estate and Trust Litigation Group. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, handling wills variation claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims against executors and trustees, disputes over the validity, construction and administration of wills and trusts, and committeeship and other elder law and incapacity proceedings. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009 and, prior to joining Legacy, practised at a full-service Vancouver firm for over 14 years as a civil litigator specializing in estate and trust litigation. James authors BCEstateLitigation.ca and writes a chapter in Estate Disputes in British Columbia: A Litigators Guide.
