About Pararin
Pararin Rahmani advises individuals and businesses on corporate and commercial law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate law, with extensive experience in incorporations, reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions, and shareholder agreements. She also assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, committeeships, trusts, and probate. She earned a B.Com. from UBC in 2008 and a JD from the University of Victoria in 2012, and was called to the BC bar in 2013. She has served as a Director and Committee Chair with the North Vancouver Chamber and mentors at the University of Victoria Business Law Clinic.
