About Ardy

Ardy Mohajer is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels practicing real estate and property development law. He represents both private and public sector clients in the acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial assets including retail centres, industrial and office buildings, multi-residential complexes, and hotels. He routinely acts on real estate financing transactions and has extensive experience in landlord and tenant side leasing for office, industrial, retail, and restaurant premises. He advises private equity funds, developers, and investment companies on joint venture and co-ownership structuring.
