About Sara
Sara Hanson practises in labour, employment, human rights, administrative and professional regulatory law, advising unions on grievances related to discipline and discharge, contract interpretation and human rights matters. Hanson has a particular interest in the intersection between workplace and human rights law and has acted for numerous survivors of workplace sexual harassment and sexual assault before the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Before joining the firm, Hanson clerked for two justices at the Federal Court of Canada, and currently chairs the Canadian Bar Association's National Administrative Law Section Executive.
