About Kate
Kate Dueck is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law, including human rights law, administrative law, litigation, collective bargaining, and arbitrations. She joined the firm as a summer student and completed her articles there, and has worked on arbitrations, human rights cases, and witness preparation. While at TRU Law she participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2019. She holds a BA from UBC and a JD from Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2021.
