Jack Powles
Jack maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice focused on construction law, contract disputes, and shareholder disputes. He's appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Alberta Court of Justice. Before joining McCague Borlack, he articled and practised litigation at regional firms in Calgary and Toronto.
