Real Estate LawMark Joblin is a partner at Loopstra Nixon who practises municipal, land use planning, and development law. His work includes appearances before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Toronto Local Appeal Board on matters such as Growth Plan conformity, official plan and zoning amendments, site plan approval, development charges, and heritage conservation districts. He negotiates and prepares development agreements and condominium documents and drafts municipal regulatory by-laws, acting for both large and small Ontario municipalities as well as private developers, landowner groups, and individuals. Mark articled with the firm and joined after his call to the bar in 2008. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a J.D. from Queen's University.
