About Hillary
Hillary Song is an associate in Osler's Corporate group, where she works on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and other general corporate matters. During her law studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, she received the Dean's Gold Key Award and a leadership award recognizing her involvement with student government, the Osgoode chapter of Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights, and the Korean Law Students Association. Song also took part in the Osgoode Mediation Clinic and spent an exchange term at the University of Edinburgh Law School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto before pursuing law, graduating with high distinction. Song joined Osler as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articling term in 2025.
