Igor Yushchenko is entitled to practice law in both Canada and Ukraine. He received his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from a leading Ukrainian university and a Master of Laws from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and earned a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
