About Kent

Kent Noseworthy has practiced law in Halifax for over 30 years, maintaining an active real estate, commercial law, and civil litigation practice. Born and raised in Halifax, he has been active in the local community as a founding member and former president of the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbourside. He takes satisfaction in helping clients establish their own small businesses and considers many of his longstanding clients friends. He has served as a corporate director for Gammon Gold Inc., a publicly traded resource company and the first Canadian company headquartered in Atlantic Canada to trade on the New York Stock Exchange, serving as an independent director from 2005 to 2010. He earned his B.Sc. (Hons) from Dalhousie University in 1978 and his LL.B. from Dalhousie University.
