About Ian
Ian D. Hurley is a Partner at Lecker & Associates whose practice covers wrongful dismissal litigation, employment contract review, human rights issues, pregnancy and parental leave cases, and denied disability benefit claims. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick, where he received the Lord Beaverbrook Scholarship, and articled with a national full-service firm before turning to employee-side advocacy. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and in Canada Labour Code adjudications.
