J. Bradley White serves as Managing Partner of Osler's Ottawa office and heads the firm's national Intellectual Property practice. He has deep experience litigating complex patent disputes, including pharmaceutical cases brought under the PM(NOC) Regulations, and provides strategic guidance on enforcing patent rights across multiple jurisdictions. White's litigation appearances include the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Ontario Superior Court, where he has acted as lead counsel, as well as service as worldwide coordinating litigation and IP counsel before the U.S. International Trade Commission. As a registered patent agent, he focuses on Canadian and foreign patent and industrial design prosecution, portfolio strategy, and opinions on patentability, infringement and validity, and he is registered to practise before the USPTO. White has been recognized in numerous legal directories for his intellectual property litigation work, including being named Patent Practitioner of the Year for Canada by Managing Intellectual Property in 2022.
