Rivannah Brown

About Rivannah

Rivannah Brown is an associate at Torys LLP in Toronto. She supports emerging companies as they grow, working on fundraising and equity strategies, restructuring plans, cross-border questions and M&A matters. Brown also works with venture capital and private equity investors funding companies building new technologies. During law school, she worked as a research assistant and volunteered as vice president of communications for Western's Women in Law Association and as club president of Western's Black Law Students' Association. She has also volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which brings legal education into high schools to support student engagement.
