About Gregory
Gregory Kirzinger practices primarily in corporate and commercial law, tax law, and real estate, working with owner-managed businesses, family farming operations, and professionals. His corporate practice includes business structuring, purchases and sales, reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership agreements, while his tax practice focuses on private business structuring and succession planning, including advising farming families on the tax rules for selling or transferring a farm business. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
