About Jessi
Jessi Brockman practices extensively in corporate tax law and estate planning, often helping farm families and other privately owned businesses with succession planning by collaborating with a client's broader team of advisors. Her practice also includes estate administration, trust planning, and corporate governance work such as partnership, joint venture, and shareholder agreements. Before law school she worked in social services and graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Human Justice from the University of Regina, and she completed a year-long clerkship with the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal before joining the firm. She has completed the CBA's Tax Law for Lawyers course and the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, and regularly contributes articles to the Western Producer on corporate and estate planning topics.
