Amanda Doucette is a Canadian tax, trust, and estate lawyer whose practice includes international and cross-border planning and resolving disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, alongside a tax litigation practice that grows out of that advisory work. Doucette is a director of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Canada and past chair of its Saskatchewan chapter, and hosts a well-regarded tax podcast. Doucette is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences on tax litigation and estate planning, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for both Tax Law and Trusts and Estates, and named a leading practitioner in estate and personal tax planning by the Canadian Legal Lexpert directory.
