About Eric

Eric Johnson is Managing Partner of Miller Thomson's Saskatchewan offices and a corporate and commercial lawyer who handles commercial transactions, financing arrangements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and real estate. He's the National Leader of the firm's Agribusiness and Food Production Industry Group and serves clients in banking, real estate, and agriculture. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2008 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan.
