About Kade

Kade Kehoe practices primarily in corporate and commercial law, tax law, real estate, and estate planning, including business structuring, acquisitions and sales, commercial financing, and shareholder and partnership agreements. He has worked extensively with non-profit corporations on their CRA charity registrations, and his tax practice focuses on private business tax-efficient structuring, reorganizations, and succession planning. His real estate work spans residential, commercial, and farm transactions, and his estate planning practice includes wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and trusts. He received a Division 1 NCAA hockey scholarship from 2016 to 2018 and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association.
