About Glen

Glen Agar is a TDS partner whose practice centers on corporate and commercial law. Agar concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, banking and finance work, government relations, securities, and agricultural files. Glen has been an accredited instructor for the International Right of Way Association, teaching real property and general law courses in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and the Yukon for over ten years. He was formerly a sessional lecturer at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law and a seminar leader for the Law Society of Manitoba's Corporate/Commercial Bar Admissions Course. Glen earned his B.A. in 1984 and his LL.B. in 1987, both from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 1988.
