About Genevieve

Genevieve Taylor is a Legacy principal who practises in wills, estates, trusts and adult guardianship, working in all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration, including crafting estate plans, preparing probate and administration applications, and advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries in contentious and non-contentious matters. She received her BA from UBC in 1995 and her law degree from Dalhousie University in 1998, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1999. She has authored numerous papers on wills, estates, trusts and adult guardianship and is a frequent speaker on these topics.
