About Candace

Candace Cho is a co-founder of Onyx Law Group and leads its estate litigation practice, working in estates, family, and trusts law. She was awarded the King's Counsel designation in 2025. She prioritizes settlement where possible while remaining ready to litigate, and her practice covers wills variation actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, disputes over the validity of wills and trusts, resulting trust actions, executor and trustee disputes, and unjust enrichment and constructive trust actions.
