About Brian

Brian Alcaide is an associate lawyer at Mussio Goodman LLP with almost 10 years of civil litigation experience prior to his call to the bar. His practice focuses primarily on wills and estates, including wills variation claims, advising executors and beneficiaries, and ensuring the timely winding up of estates. Brian has represented clients in the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and favours practical solutions both in and out of court. He attended law school at the University of London for his Bachelor of Laws and later obtained a Master of Laws in Common Law at the University of British Columbia.
