About Gary
Gary Feldman is a partner at Chaitons LLP whose practice centres on commercial insolvency, receivership, and corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience acting for the Special Accounts Management Unit of a major Canadian bank and also advises individual lenders and private corporations, covering security enforcement and interim and permanent financing in distress situations, as well as insolvency, receivership, and creditor litigation. Gary studied at York University before earning his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 1979. He joined Chaitons in 1986 after several years as a partner at another Toronto firm and now sits on the firm's Executive Committee.
