About Fred
Fred Seller is a founding partner of Brazeau Seller Law and has spent more than 30 years advising businesses worldwide on transactions and difficult situations. His work often involves acquisitions and sales of businesses and real estate projects, as well as litigation relating to business separations, buy-outs and liquidations, and he regularly advises corporations, shareholders and directors on structure, liability and tax issues. Fred earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in accounting from McGill University in 1983 and his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1986. He has served on Meritas Law Firms Worldwide's Quality Assurance, Membership and Chairman Nominating Committees and a three-year term on its International Board of Directors. He serves on the boards of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation and Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation, is a former co-chair of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation's Courage Campaign, and received a National Capital Region Top 40 Under 40 award in 2000 and the Rabbi Reuven P. Bulka Award in 2013.
